Guerin as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing. James will oversee the company’s marketing and sales initiatives while helping MetaSense continue its rapid growth in the greater Philadelphia Metropolitan market.
James joins MetaSense with over 35 years of experience in sales and marketing for a consumer products company, an entrepreneur with four different startup companies, and more than fifteen years in the construction industry servicing general contractors, sub-contractors, engineers and architects.

James has helped lead the way in creating innovative marketing programs for higher visibility for past clients. James has executive level experience with all facets of digital marketing from e-newsletter campaigns to the development of high profile web sites. Prior to that, James was involved in the marketing of hard copy literature and rebranding of company logos.
James is also a stalwart fixture in the both the industry and the community. He is actively involved with several national and local organizations including: NAIOP, ICSC, Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, and Southern New Jersey Development Council.
